Richard A. Kolber established his law practice with a singular goal in mind: To provide to the business community high quality legal services in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. Mr. Kolber's practice covers the full spectrum of business, real estate and commercial litigation. He represents individuals, partnerships and corporations in State and Federal Courts, before state and local administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Kolber has litigated a wide variety of disputes involving, among other things, real estate, business and entertainment contracts, insurance policies, sales and acquisitions, guarantee and surety issues, commercial and retail landlord and tenant disputes, malicious prosecutions, unfair competition, licensing and collection of judgments.
